2 Tbsp Powdered Clothes Dye
1 Cup Hot Water
1 Tbsp Salt
Large Garbage Bags
100% Coton T-Shirt ( White )
Rubber Bands
Rubber Gloves
1 Cup White Vinegar
Plastic Bag
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix the dye, hot water and salt in a bucket - stir until the dye dissolves.
SIDE NOTES
Lay lots of garbage bags around your work area. Wet the t-shirt with water so its damp but not soaked. ( Wash the t-shirt first if it is new ) Crumple, twist or fold the t-shirt however you would like - and secure it with rubber bands in as many places as you want. Put on the rubber gloves and dip or soap the t-shirt into the dye mix. Use a baster to drip the dye onto the shirt if you are trying for a really exact design. Set the t-shirt on a large garbage bag. Wait for one hour - then remove rubber bands. To set the dye run the t-shirt with a cup of white vinegar through a cold water cycle in the washing machine ( no detergent or other clothes ) Hang to dry
