YOU WILL NEED:
1 Cup Shaving Cream
1 Tsp Liquid Bubble Bath
2-3 Tsp Powdered Tempera Paint
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix shaving cream and bubble bath
2. Add powdered tempera paint
