You can make these super slick colored crayons easily at home.
Pastel Crayons
YOU WILL NEED:
4 1x1" Cubes of Clear Glycerin Soap
Paper Cup
3 TBSP Powdered Tempera Paint
Popsicle Stick
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Put the soap in a paper cup. Microwave on high for about 30 seconds. If it isn't completely melted , heat it for an additional 10 seconds.
2. Carefully remove the mixture from the microwave ( with an oven mitt ) ( There will be about 4 Tbsp of melted soap
3. Use a popsicle stick to stir in the powdered paint
4. Let the mixture cool for a couple of minutes, then stir again
5. Place the mixture into the fridge for about 1 hour ( until hardened )
6. Peel off the paper cup to reveal the pastel crayon inside !
