These flashlinghts are lots of fun for the kids to take along trick-or-treating. For some added safety wrap the handles with reflective tape.
Hallowe'en Flashlight
YOU WILL NEED:
Translucent Plastic Tumblers ( Colored Plastic Cups that are Nearly See Through )
Flashlight
Clear Packing Tape
Permanent Black Marker
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Place the cup upside down on top of the flashlight. Tape the tumbler to the flashlight with clear packing tape.
2. Draw a face on the tumbler with a permanent marker ( you can draw a jack-o-lantern type face, scary face, ghost face etc. - use your imagination )
SIDE NOTE:
Let the marker dry really well before turning on the flashlight.
