This face putty is great - it will stay on all day - even when you bob for apples !

Face Putty

YOU WILL NEED:

2 Crayons
Tin Can
Water
Paper Cup
1 Tbsp Petroleum Jelly
Popsicle Stick

HOW TO MAKE IT:

1. Remove the labels from the crayons ( soak them in hot water for a few minutes if they are tough to get off )
2. Put the crayons in a tin can, then place the can in a saucepan filled with 1-2" of water
3. Simmer on med-low until the crayons melt
4. Remove from heat - remove can from saucepan
5. Pour the melted crayon into a paper cup ( carefully ! )
6. Stir in the petroleum jelly with a popsicle stick.  Stir until it completely melts
7. Let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes - then stir again
8. Use the popsicle stick to scoop the mixture into a small plastic container - let it cool and harden into putty.

SIDE NOTES

Test this for allergic reaction before using ( put a bit on your wrist the night before and see if a reaction occurs ) To apply the putty use a sponge , coton swab or your fingers. ( Keep it out of your eyes ) ( This stuff stays on great but will wash off with soap & water ) ( If it starts to get to hard to spread microwave it for a couple of seconds ). For bruises use some purple or blue face putty - add a bit of yellow for an old bruise. For blacked-out teeth ( hockey player, hillbilly etc ) - dry your teeth with a paper towl and color them in with black putty.
