This is a really nasty looking drink that is great served at Hallowe'en parties. Frankenstein's favorite !
Frankenstein's Slime Drink
YOU WILL NEED:
3 Cups Apple Juice
1 3 oz pack lime-flavored gelatin
3 cups orange drink, chilled
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Put 1.5 cups of the apple juice with the gelatin in a saucepan. Stir with a wooden spoon. Put saucepan on burner, turn to low heat. Cook until gelatin dissolves, stirring constantly with the wooden spoon. Turn off burner and remove from heat.
2. Stir in the rest of the apple juice. Pour into a pitcher. Chill mixture in fridge for about 2 hours or until slightly thickened.
3. Divide gelatin mixture evenly among 6 glasses. Slowly pour about 1/2 cup of the orange drink down the side of each glass so that it floats on top of the green mixture.
